Air Canada will begin nonstop service to Singapore Changi Airport from YVR on April 3, 2024.
The new route will operate four times weekly, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, departing YVR at 00:15 h and arriving at Changi at 07:10 h the next day.
Passengers on flights to and from Singapore will fly on a Boeing 787 with 298 seats.
This new nonstop service to Singapore will link passengers and businesses to this vibrant city-state and further develop YVR as a diverse global hub, providing direct access to several important markets across the Indo-Pacific area and supporting diversified trade and investment opportunities that benefit the local economy.
Every new international flight to YVR can generate up to $36 million for the B.C. economy and as many as 320 new jobs in the province.
As Air Canada continues to build its Asia Pacific hub out of YVR, the new Singapore service starting in April 2024 is highly anticipated.
