This Pride season, Vancouver International Airport (YVR) celebrated inclusion by showing up across the community — bringing together employees, partners, and local residents to support 2SLGBTQIA+ communities and demonstrate what allyship looks like.
From participating in Richmond Pride Walk and Vancouver’s Pride Parade to hosting YVR’s own Pride celebration in the Main Terminal, colleagues came together to celebrate diversity, foster belonging, and strengthen connections within YVR, across Sea Island, and beyond.
Throughout June, YVR marked Pride Month by offering employees opportunities to learn, connect, and celebrate.
The celebrations culminated in YVR Pride, a vibrant event that brought employees together through music and performances.
Across YVR, employees helped demonstrate the airport’s commitment to fostering belonging both within YVR and throughout the communities it serves.
