The 2013 third quarter results of the YVR Retail Service Excellence Program surpassed those of the first two quarters, with 13 concession employees receiving a perfect 100 per cent score on their mystery shop surveys—compared with three in the first quarter and seven in the second quarter.

Designed to encourage exceptional customer service and to recognize and reward those employees who truly deliver, the 13 employees received $10 YVR Bucks and a letter of recognition for their outstanding efforts.

Employees recognized throughout the year in the YVR Retail Service Excellence Program will also be invited to attend an annual wrap-up award luncheon, where additional prizes can be won.
